Good morning!!!  Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend!!!  I was excited this morning to find an email saying that I made it into the Houston Half Marathon in January!!!  They have a lottery system to enter since it's such a popular race.  I will get started training this week once I get to Arizona!!!  Early morning runs are in my future!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: Starbucks Light Coconut Mocha Frap
L: chicken salad
D: few bites of steak and and half a baked potato
Snacks: WW ice cream cone

 Hi Paige!

I have lots of sewing I want to get done.  Need to stay busy busy!! The busier I stay, the more on track I can keep myself.  Idle hands lead to snacking!!!!

B: Protein shake (added a dash of raspberry SF Torani to vanilla protein...DELICIOUS)

D: Turkey waldorf salad..one of my all time summer favorites

D salmon and couscou
S Greek yogurt and fruit or regular sf yogurt and rice cake with turkey pepperoni and sauce

todays plan:

Breakfast  -   Coffee w/splenda and creamer
1 cup Hood Calorie Countdown milk w/GNC Choc Caramel protein - 
                ** haven't consumed this yet and now its 10:27am - so gonna have this after    walking this afternon in the heat..


Lunch:  vendor is bringing in lunch -  so I will be reasonable and sensible..

Dinner:   1% cottage cheese and tilapia filet...

Hi Ladies,

My sister's wedding is on Saturday.  Scale is looking decent this morning, so I need to "stay on track."

Today's plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- OA Meeting
- Vitamins
- Lots and Lots of water
- Healthy food choices
  = B: Protein Shake
  = L: Grilled chicken salad
  = D: Turkey/Cheese roll-ups, egg white, & cottage cheese
- 30 - 40 Min. Exercise
