Wacky Wednesday WLS Express
What a difference 1 day can make....
yesterday morning - my morning didn't start off well and when I got to work - it got worse and I cried all day !!
Today - different story - wont' go into details.....but today is better....
Got a call from my daughter and she has enrolled in classes AGAIN PT - yes - only PT but it is a start.......she has to re-take 2 classes to begin with because she failed them 2X in a row because she just lost interest in school / classes and just didn't go nor did she do the work...go figure -wished I had a choice to "quit !! " lol. ENUF with that.....she is excited tho - so she had the break that she said she needed and decided last night to get up at 7am and hit the school the first thing this morning and she did just that !!
No on to better news: She got a call from Dr. Kim's office - I knew that she didn't know where to begin and she had already decided that she was gonna pursuit Dr. Kim's team for WLS surgery in the future....so the MOM came out in me and this will be the kick in the rear end that I need........ Gotta get her into the habits that I never got into ....so she is gonna start her diary today..........gonna read Dr. Connie's book / listen to the DVD actually and start her measurements as well. She has her consultation next week.....:) they told her that all she needs to do is do the 90 day counseling and that she already was approved so she is sooo excited - but I wanted to calm her down.....and told her that she probably hadn't been "approved" so to speak and that she was only meeting the eligibility requirements and she would need to do the 90 day nutritional counseling and THEN they would submit to the Insurance Company for authorization - I told her that often times - this is where things could get delayed.....anyway
