My Bariatric surgeon is one of the very best.   Here is his prices for self pay.    He does surgery out of many hospitals one being Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas.    Here is also his phone number  817-581-6100.   He has support groups monthly for his patients and he is AWESOME.   Good luck in your decision.     His name is Dr. David D. Kim ( drdkim.net ).

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Melinda, I was a self pay for RNY 6 years ago.  Sorry you also have to self pay :( but I did want to say it's ONE of the BEST things I've done for myself.

Check out Dr. Stewart in Denton.  He does various procedures and I know his DS price is one of the best in the U.S.  I would suspect his VSG prices are good also.
