Good morning,


I am going  to be out and about today and going to Winstar tomorrow so I don't have menu plan for both days but have a plan.

What are your plans for the weekend?


My plan
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast  (Saturday)
- Take vitamins
- Make good food choices
- Watch portion sizes
- Be mindful of snacking
- Get in at least 64 oz of water each day
- Enjoy the weekend

Saturday: (Got so busy I forgot to eat!!!)
B: Nothing
L: Nothing
D: Pumpkin Spice Latte and half a baguette from Panera Bread ( I got soup too but after eating the bread I didn't have any room for the soup)

Sunday:
B: SB Pumpkin Spice Latte
L: Panera Bread broccoli cheese soup (that I couldn't eat last night)
D: chili and cornbread

Saturday:
B: bacon, egg over medium
S: ON vanilla protein shake
L: Progresso soup
D: slice of meat lover's pizza

Sunday:
B: ON vanilla protein shake w/ scoop of capuccino
L/S: Los Cucos chips/salsa, beef/chicken fajitas, shrimp
D: whole wheat cheerios w/ Mootopia
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"
