What is a cougar?

Reality check for those who have to deal with teenagers:  "Cougar" is not a complimentary term for some of them.   If you ever have questions about a slang term and want to know all the (hideous) possibilities, check out www.urbandictionary.com .  Be prepared to read filth.  This site is Wiki - meaning the teenagers themselves modify the content.  Scary, right?

I think if you fall in the MILF category then cougar is fine.  If you look like Joan Rivers maybe not so cool to the kids, lol!

ok, boys and girls, here is the story on my Cougar to be. I have raised my children alone. this is my time to shine, i hope. I had my VSG done and my children started calling me "Cougar". It made my heart sing, I fell in love with it and one day "I will look like a Cougar". As far as dating a younger man, I don't want to raise another child. I want the men to look and think they have a chance in hell, then just maybe "the one" will hang around long enough.  hugs, cougar to be
