My sleeve is a failure.
When I look at your weight tracker, it seems like you've lost 19 pounds, not 3. (256 to 237) Did you lose a lot of weight right before surgery?? If so, that could be part of the problem. 19 pounds at 2 months is not bad. It's actually good, especially as your starting BMI is low.
If the weight tracker is messed up, and it has been 3 pounds, then the one thing I would recommend is to keep a journal and write down every single.bite. Because even though you can't eat very much at one meal.. .if you're eating/snacking every few hours.. .those calories do add up.
If it's not sneaky calories, then perhaps you have some metabolism things going on... sluggish thyroid, etc. I would recommend having your surgeon run some bloodwork.
Not everybody loses a ton quickly. Often it's down a few... stall... maybe gain a little...then down some more. It just adds up over time. :)
Lap-Band June 14, 2001. Dr. Rumbaut, Monterrey, Mexico.
Lap-Band removed after 7 years and converted to Sleeve Gastrectomy on July 7, 2008 by Dr. Roslin. I've had three happy healthy Lap-Band babies.... and one VSG baby. 5 years out from revision to VSG. Gained 55 pounds in past 5 months, now considering DS. :(
As for the amount of food you can eat. It does sound like alot is that 8-10oz of dense protein or is it broken down?
Ms Shell
The first thing I would do is arrange for a doctor's appt. as soon as possible. Make sure there is not a physical problem which needs to be dealt with. There are some medical problems which might be contributing to this.
Next, I would make sure to start journaling everything you eat, all the exercise you do daily, including the general walking, and your current measurements (incl. weight) starting today. There are some good online ones you can use such as http://www.thedailyplate.com/. Make sure you bring this with you to the doctor (try to have a few days or more with you). You might find that you will need to go to a nutritionist to make sure you are getting the proper amount of protein, water, and vitamins based upon your height, weight, and exercise routine.
I hope you find out what is wrong and are able to get it straightened out. Take care of yourself and please let us know how it goes. I know it can be discouraging when you see someone who is losing real fast but not everyone does. Sometimes it is just nice to talk to someone about it who can understand how you are feeling. Again, good luck!

I can't imagine the saddness you must feel.
Hang in there, call the doc.
I think it will all catch up with you.
Your excersising may be eating up the fat loss with muscle gain, which will be good here shortly.
Count out your calorie intake, see if you are running too high or too low,
too low can cause a problem too.
Again, BIG GROUP HUG TO YOU, DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!!!!
