How much food are you able to eat at one meal

For breakfast this morning I had 2 eggs, a little bacon and 3/4 of a piece of whole meal toast.  I also had a few mouthfuls/sips of cafe latte.

When I eat fish I can eat maybe 6-8oz, meat 4oz-6oz.  Soup a large cup.  Truth is it varies from meal to meal, day to day.

I am nearly 10 months out.

really, really varies. if dense protein like meat not very much. maybe 3 bites or four.

crackers? lots! look out for those! works better to put cheese on them.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.
