Watched your vlog, you look great and I think you are absolutely right that treating the mind is as important as treating the body for lasting succes. One of the reasons I am really fearing the whole experience, I know I will have to really turn everything upside down and go way out of my comfort zone. But seeing your result makes me hopefull

wow,� i have been wathcing and enjoying you on youtube since i started this journey back in november of 09�� i am phone gal on you tube but haven't posted any videos,� i got my sleeve on friday, 5/28� won my appeal 5/14 �and i can't believe how great i am doing,� i went back and re watched your earlier posts last week before my surgery to get a feel for what to expect,�� the pictue is anazing,�� you look great,�� i loved the pictures of what you eat now as i have big problem with portion control and can only hope to have the same success as you,� thanks for the inspiration and knowledge you have helped me so much on my journey,�� jeani
