How much weight did you lose 3 months out from surgery?

I've lost about 47 lbs post op which was July 26th.

I'm over 2 months out and have lost 45 pounds post-op plus 28 pre-op for a total of 73. If you want to see more examples just check out people's tickers and surgery dates.

(I'm not 3 months out, but had to cheer for the Saints. The day I was in New Orleans to visit the first time was the NFL kickoff this season - not deliberately there for that... just lucky. What an awesome way to see downtown for the first time with a parade and a Dave Matthews Band free concert. N.O. Saints fans are great!)

I met with my doc this week for my one month check in. He told me that people lose an average of 30 in the first month and 50 at the 3 month check in. Obviously some of that depends on your amount to lose, exercise/expending energy, etc.
