I know chips and popcorn are slider foods, but what else is. I am just curious not going to eat a tub of ice cream lol
 Before VSG  300 - 255 = 45 pounds
 First               255 - 228 = 27 pounds Second          228 -221 = 7 pounds
 Third              221- 215 = 6 pounds Fourth            215 -208 = 7pounds
 Fifth               208 - 204 = 4 pounds Sixth               204 - 200 = 4 pounds
total 100pounds

For me the worst was and is pretzels. I didn't even like them before surgery but in the last year or so I really started liking them more and more. They allow me to eat a large amount which is difficult to do with other foods. It is also why I gained a few pounds. They are coming off again but after 4.5 years I actually gained weight from eating pretzels. Gives you an idea of how many I ate

Cheese I could eat it forever and I swear not get full.  Oh yeah and crackers, chips and salsa.

 cookies is worst for me, at first it was i could only eat 1/2 then that grew to a whole one... these were not little cookies lol... then i started to graze on them one every 20 mins or so... so now i dont make them ...

I am on the cookie wagon as well but I have found if I pair it up with a glass of milk it can be a great occassional snack.

my weakness is popcorn always has been, i almost never got the sleeve because one of the foods you might not be able to eat is popcorn.

Cottage cheese, crackers, chips,almonds, seeds and nuts, yogurts and certain salad foods.
