Supersize.vs.Superskinny - Super interesting show
Hey all, just posting a link to a great show. This is a summary show and you get some of the best bits. It's very interesting to see two people, on very different diets, switch daily meals.

wow that was good. I was eating 3,000 or more calories a day back 7 months ago. Wow how strange it is to see how i have changed and comparing my eating to the thin people in the video. thanks for sharing. Yeah, it's a really interesting show concept, isn't it? I found it sooo fascinating how bodies of the same height could have such a massive weight difference. I think it must be a real shock for each of them, to see what's possible. Although, I do have a problem seeing how the superskinny could feel anything but MORE pushed into their anno ways! And also, when you see the supersize next to the superskinny, it really makes me realize just how much stress the body must feel over so much weight :(

Amazing how the same speices can run on such diverse fuel...LOL. Seriously though, it made me wonder about the effects of metabolism and metabolic syndrome. I know if my calories creep up to the 1100 range because of grazing or poor food choices, my weight loss will stop cold even though my calculated BMR is around 1500. At 6 month, I'm running consistantly around 700-800 calories a day to lose but wonder what I'll be able to eat to maintain. Lots to think about....
