My response from Premier Protein about their formula change.

Ive been drinking the chocolate Premier Protein for about six months now. Love the stuff. Anyway, my last trip to Costco the other day, I purchased two cases. Everything about the shake was gross. It was insanely thick and the flavor just tasted off to me.
So, I emailed them today to inquire whether they had changed the formula. They say they havent changed the formula at all. Im supposed to send them the production information which they will forward to Quality Control and they are sending me a new case. 
If youve noticed a change, Id advise contacting them. Im really hopeful it was just a fluke in a production run.  

 OMG!! I drink the same kind and I bought a case a few weeks ago from costco and it was bad just like  all thick and I can tell the difference cause when you shake it theres no air in there for it to be shaken up. The new batch was good though. But like night and day!

Hopefully they can get their Quality Control in check.

We've had a lot of this up here in Canada....I got one that was chunky!!!  BLAH! The great thing about Costco is that they will take them back without any hassel!

Good to know Costco is generous with their return policy....unfortunately the closest one to me is about 60 miles away.

Make a "day trip"  out of it!   Have  lunch or dinner ....from  the samples!

 When I buy my next batch (today) Im going to open right after buying and shake one if I does not shake I know its bad and Im going to return it right then and there!

 I emailed them last night, they emailed me back asked for the product info and are sending me a free case! They said they will check on QC. I sure hope so!

Good deal........they have been very receptive and timely in their responses so far. They did say to allow ten days before receiving the shipment.
Mine are crazy thick even  though I can shake them up........so I dont know. I just hope they figure it out soon......:)
