A yummy fruity dessert!
Protein pudding:
2 scoops unflavored unjury
2 cups skim milk
1 package sf/ff pistaccio pudding
Blended and in fridge until set
Stir in:
1/2 c. sf/ff cool whip
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
serve with sliced bananas on top!
My calculations are 14g protein per 3/4 cup serving (I'm preop, so scale down if you can't eat this much)
