Sight changing

Ok so since my surgery my eyes seem to be getting worse. I had just them checked and got new contacts everything was good until about 2 months out I started having trouble seeing far and close and driving is ridiculous. They are continuing to get worse so I was wondering if losing weight can change your sight or maybe the corneas or what?

Thank you

Interesting enough, I just went to the eye doctor 2 weeks after surgery to have my vision checked.  I apparently have double vision.  He said it could be a side effect from the surgery due to swelling and everything is connected in the body.  I'm going back in two weeks for a field test and pictures just to make sure it is nothing too serious.

Yes, losing weight can affect vision, according to my opthamologist, and from my own personal experience.  I seem to be stabilized now, but had just had my eyes checked before surgery and got new glasses.  I noticed after a few months that I couldn't see as well. Doc says that happens, gave me new prescription.
I also need a new motorcycle helmet. My head almost rattles in the old one!

make sure you stay fully hydrated... i noticed that my vision is worse if i'm dehydrated - the corneas are easily affected by fluid fluctuations....

Thank you all for your input...Today I am calling to see if I can get in to the eye doc and drinking more fluids! I don't want to take chances with the ol' eyes. I used to see so clearly and this where everything is hazy/blurry is scary!

Have a great day everyone!
