I finally hit 200 pounds down since July of last year!! (201 actually)  :)  I have lost 140 pounds since surgery in February, which averages around 17 pounds a month....

I was doing great about 20 pounds down a month when suddenly I was only losing a few here and there and some weeks even going up one. :(
