Onderland at last!!!

I just want to shout out to everyone just beginning the journey. I never thought i would be here (-115 lbs). i struggled both mentally and physically for about the first 3 months, but then things started to improve. i felt better, had more energy and was losing weight!. whwen I realized i had lost 100lbs in 6 months I just felt motivated to keep it up.Still have a 100 to go but now i know it can be done. It gets better and better. keep your chin. Now some of you who have lost all your wait already please tell me how to tie this hanging skin up. LOL
