Source of Frustration...eating out
I HATE eating out for the first time in my life..who knew!?! I went to Outback on Sunday and ordered the coconut shrimp. I ate 2 of the shrimp and almost had a national incident...OK it only mattered to me, but being stuffed and not knowing what to do with the rest of the time while others ate was FRUSTRATING. I played Angry Birds on my phone. Boy was I an ANGRY BIRD!!

Lol @Fay... Did you ever think you'd be mad because you had leftovers? I totally get what you're saying though. My friend wants to take me to lunch for my bday on Thursday... I'm like, really? Wish I could convince him that it would be more fun for me to hit a metro park or the bike trail!! Hope you brought the rest of those shrimp home!
. ...and I LOVE Angry Birds!

I definitely agree. What I have found out though, is that it can be just as uncomfortable for the person with the regular-sized stomach. My husband feels the need to shovel his food down even faster so I don't have to sit and wait as long. That's not healthy for him and it is really disgusting to see. I have started sharing an entree with him. This cuts down on our food costs and provides me with an amount of food I can handle. So far, it's working out. This is still a problem when we want something different, though...
I went to Outback and ordered the wood fire Mahi-Mahi on the spring dinner with no rice and extra vegies. The entree calorie with the rice as it was, was 600 cal. I ate 1/3 of the fish, and one carrot spear, one spear of brocolli, one pea pod ! I ate SLOWLY and enjoyed the evening with family. I had 2 spoonfulls of my daughter's ice cream, and was satisfied. I then had 2 great lunches off that dinner the next two days !!!
