I went to GNC before my surgery but the girl was NO HELP and would not sample me anything.  So I didn't buy anything.

I went today b/c yesterday was a rough day for me with protein and a different lady was working and she was awesome and let me try the GNC brand Lean Shake vanilla bean.  YUMMY!  You cant smell it which is a HUGE plus for me b/c smells affect me so much.  I had to get some powder b/c they didn't have any of the bottles of it but it tasted so good and I got vanilla and chocolate and am very excited about it b/c last night I was so weak and depressed over not being able to drink the ones I had w/ water.

So glad she was so helpful.  :-)

Is it whey protein? How much was it? I'm having issues with the unjury in my water. But I'm ok with it in my food. I can handle it better.

Oh, boy! I bought some of the pre-made GNC lean shakes and Bleh! Could not stand the taste! I'm glad they worked for you! My fav is still the Costco Premier. Once you get used to the thickness, the taste is just so mild...not artificial, like most of the shakes.

I bought the Premier shakes from Sams Club the other day and they are not thick and taste wonderful.  My daughter said they had to send her a case because she got a funky one and it is not thick either so maybe they are going back to the original way.  Thinner.  They are the bomb out of all I have tasted.  Fingers crossed they stay that way.

Same here. I wouldn't complain if it was a bit more chocolate-y, but it's certainly better than the other types I've tried!

My favorite is the Premiere RTD from Costco also! It's the only one I could tolerate after my surgery! Premiere is also coming out with a Strawberry RTD as well! They are sending me a sample...sooo excited!!!
Here's the link...if you go to the bottom of the page where they list the strawberry flavor, they'll send you a free sample too!

Premiere from Costco is the Bomb! I remember early out not being able to find a shake I liked except for Oh Yeah RTD but it was sooo expensive to buy from convenience stores. I took a chance the the Premiere Choc and still drink them after weight training a few times a week!
