Food: Grilled chicken, mahi, shrimp
Premade Shakes: Atkins Mocha Latte
Powders: Click Expresso Mocha
Others: Milk for protein when I can't stomach the idea of eating or drinking protein shakes. For whatever reason, in the evening protein shakes make me sick. My gummy vitamins and gummy fibers fixes that late night sweet craving.
I get most of my protein from dense foods with the exception of one protein drink for breakfast and as I said above, milk if I'm short of protein at the end of the day.

Food: Fish, Chili, Chicken, Beef, lots of seafood( I live in New Orleans, what do you expect, lol)

Powders: Chike Banana Protein Shake or Unjury unflavored Protein
Others: Cheese Cubes, Beef Jerky, Peanuts
I still get most of my protein from shakes as even though I am two months out I really cannot get that much in and since I found ones that taste so good, it really doesnt bother me anymore. I have one in the morning and one in the afternoon for 64g of protein from just those two. I am hoping soon to just have one for breakfast, as I'm not a big breakfast eater and then get the rest from foods!
