Hey Shasha,  happy surgiversary sweetie,  you have done so well.   I know that you say they don't do the DS in Singapore but you should talk to the doctor.  The DS as i told you has the sleeve like you do,  then they bypass the intestines so you should try to talk your doctor into letting you keep your sleeve, you already have it and you have lost a lot of weight so its obviously working,  so if you have to have something else done ask them to just do the bypass on the intestines and keep your sleeve.   You know that i wish you all the best and i worry about you.  I hope that all works out great for you but i don't think they should mess with your tummy.  I pray that all will go well for you and i'm sorry that you have these other issues now.  I love you too sweetie and you are always in my prayers   :o) jeani
