Plastics... How soon is too soon?

So there seems to be no consensus, when do you do your plastics?
Some say at goal, some say 6 months or a year after… it goes on and on. I am in a bind with the credit part of it. It has to be used ASAP so I paid for my Tummy Tuck today! The doctor says he doesn't think I need to lose much more (about 22 pounds) and would be fine to do my tummy at 160, 10 pounds above goal but I think I  can be at goal (150 by then). I did a lot of research into drs and really like him! He wants to do a tummy tuck and lipo on the back and flanks as well. I told him that my Baratric Surgeon wants me at 140 and this Dr agreed with me that my frame was too large for that weight. THANKFULLY… I was feeling really torn about the goal weight deal! So I set a tentative date (July 11th)… and have 12 pounds to go (at least) before surgery. I cant wait… but am sad my boobs will have to wait about a year :( I cant afford all that **** at once… I need to hit the lottery… so I should start ******g playing!
I miss OH and have to get back on here. I have my sister here till mid July and am loving it but we keep super busy with 3 boys under 5!  Makes me realize how much I lean on my OH family, I think of all this **** I share with Jess and think… Who did I share this with before she got here… Oh with my OH friends  Love you all and keep on rocking your sleeves *****es!
As my sis now screams constantly:
SLEEVE IT!!!!!

Good luck Jen!!

I'm so nervous about that part! I don't want the pain, but  I know it'll be worth it in the end if I can ever afford it.

I'm starting to think about it already. My issue is getting the time off work. I have to lift patients so I assume ill need a long time off. I know my boss won't let me off for an elective during our busy time of fall/winter so I'm looking at having my work done next spring or summer. I also figure this will give me adequate time to reach goal, maintain, and build up some muscle first.
