Well hells bells.. I don't do any of the three really, but if I were gonna do any I would weigh. An ounce is an ounce right, can't sma**** up or make it lie. Really, if you are secure in your methods why would you get upset about any of it. I don't worry about measurements at all, and I am nothing but in awe of the people who have a mind frame to do that for everything they eat, lol..
