Wow!  You look so good!!  You must run into people you haven't seen in a long time and they don't recognize you.  You should be so proud of yourself.

I'm sorry you had a sad moment and I'm sorry too that it might not be the last.  But keep those pictures handy for the next time, that should perk you up right away!!

Thank you!!  Most people have seen me now, but I hadn't seen my brother since August..about 60 lbs ago..and i now have short hair and dark hair..so he was so surprised to see me yesterday!  It's so nice to get complimented..having people notice the changes..keeps me motivated!!

you truly look amazing and I am sorry you had a hard time with the much loved lasagna and garlic bread but look at how fantastic you look.  you dropped not only weight but age you look 15 yrs younger.  congrats on your journey and many tears will come but rejoice on the things you can do now at a healthy size.
