I am so hungry

I am so hungry! I have not had this problem since being sleeved but right now I want to eat everything. I get the tightness after a few bites of "steak" or "chicken" but then 20 min. later I am hungry. I'm fighting the urge to eat that soon between meals but the pains are there. What should I do?

If I don't take my PPI (acid reducer- Omneprazole) I get that want to eat everything in sight feeling!

omg I gained 2 lbs. I have not gained since surgery and honestly I am paniced!
