Ok, so maybe it wasn't as satisfying as Frisco's amazing looking beef on sticks and fresh raddish salad... but after going to the gym TWO DAYS IN A ROW it was all I could muster up. :) LOL.

I get the those in the chocolate. They are absolutely the best protein drink. And in the winter they make great hot chocolate.

I saw tonight that Fatsecret.com, that I use to track my foods, lists a caramel flavored one. I'd love to find that and try it!

Yes it does have caffeine. At first I did not think about it but when I called them because I was wondering if I could warm it up. They told me that it did. The amount of caffeine was not much but it was still there. THEY R GOOD though. Never tried the strawberry was't crazy about the vanilla one
