You may not have training or, in your words, know how to do real cooking (you're obviously learning fast), but I think you have an awesome innate sense of not only knowing how to make things taste good, but knowing just how to arrange a plate for maximum eye-attractiveness Like many of us, you just couldn't be bothered before.
