OK peeps.... It may be down hill from here....This one turned out pretty good !!!!

"Bird Nest Ponzu Basil Beef"

Served over a nest of Onion Soup Blanched Angel Hair Banana Squash

3.8oz of Ponzu Marinated Beef Cubes......Grilled down to 3.2oz

Garnished with Red Chili Flakes, Fresh Basil and Radish Sprouts......

Now accepting marriage proposals, live in arrangements or just a hook up......(yah right!)
