The Muscle Milk light from Costco has 20 gms of protein and I think 159 calories.

I drink both as well. I like the MM Light chilled. For the Premier protein, I heat it like a hot chocolate and add 4-6 ounces of decaf coffee then add 2 tsp of peppermint mocha flavored creamer. YUMMM! I emailed the manufacturer and it is OK to heat the drink as long as you don't boil it.

I use premium protein shakes for breakfast. I am not a big chocolate lover, and I don't need 30grams at once so I take 1/3 cup of it and mix it with skim milk. Tastes great for me this way. I also use the Kaizen Whey Isolate Powder from Costco in the vanilla ice cream flavor. A full scoop is 35grams... so once again i use 1 1/2 packed Tbsp (38 cal, 9grams protein) with skim milk  and cottage cheese blended...  or with skim milk and yogert... I find the different flavored yogerts can add variety. also fruit is nice blended with the kaizen. I really like it and it's low sugar, carb and fat...and price too ;)

I looked at the website for Premier. I found out they have strawberry!!! YEAH!! It is $29 for an 18pk which is a bit much though :(. And that doesnt include the cost of shipping (another $12.62) ugh. Guess I will give the chocolate a try. If anyone knows of a good strawberry that is reasonable please share.

Thanks!

I thought the Premier chocolate premixed was the best of all protein drinks and used it pre op as well as post op. tastes like choc milk. and the powdered kind is pretty good too. Has a few more carbs than some other brands. I add a little unsweetened coco powder to a scoop of the protein powder to make it less sweet and more adult. But I think its just as good or even better than some of the fancy brands. Of the more expensive ones, Smoothie King Gladiator is pretty good. and Teraswhey which you get at a health food coop.

and all drinks are best icy cold - even partially frozen. Diane

all the protien you have listed is at sams club, I have yet to try the large powder mix, but the Priemer red and white box protien drink is good, 16.00 for 16 in a box at sams club BUT they can sit heavy on your sleeve, or at least it did one time with me.
