As of this morning, I have hit "ONE DERLAND"! I am at 199.4!!! Whoo Hoo!!!!

I thought this day would NEVER come but it has. 200's, I am going to miss you (not) but I never want to see your sorry ass again!!! It has been a hard 3 months but I did it and I am so proud. I got a few haters, but you know what, it's all good!

Thank you. Levell25 & Empweringme331, One thing that I do which would probably drive most everyone crazy is that I weigh myself every morning. For me, that helps me keep on track. I don't recommend that for everyone but that works for me. Other than that, I don't do anything special. At 3 months I can eat pretty much anything I want but I don't eat to my sleeve's capacity. I am certainly not the expert by a long shot but if you have any specific questions for me, PM me.
