You're killin' me with these pix, Frisco.... Tonight, I had half a left over baked potato w/ left-over taco meat & cheese on top -- it looked like, well, you can imagine wat it looked like....nothing pretty.  Keep 'em comin; I may use this one next week.

My daughter and I have two completely different versions of "eye candy"!  This is mine!  

Crab!!!   Mushrooms!!!  Bleu Cheese!! What more could you ask for?

Did you broil them after cooking the mushrooms and adding the stuffing?  Or do you serve cold?

Funny you should ask......

The way they are in the photo...the mushroom is warm and the crab is cold.....

After the photo I took one and dusted it with panko, evoo and parmigiana that broiled it to crisp the top......

It was pretty good!

Enjoyed both versions.

I eat neither crab nor mushrooms.. But I am thinking if you were plating my food, I would have to at least give more things a chance! Your talent astounds!
