500 calories 2 weeks out... is this okay?

Here's what I had...

Max Protein Powder - Chocolate - Protein Powder, 1.25 scoop (32g) 148 4 3 28 0 Ico_delete
Morning Star - Grillers Prime ( Veggie Burger), 0.6 Burger 102 2 5 10 1 Ico_delete
Condiment - Miracle Whip , 0.1 tbsp 6 0 0 0 0 Ico_delete
Max Protein Powder - Chocolate - Protein Powder, 1.25 scoop (32g) 148 4 3 28 0 Ico_delete
Cheese - Grated Parmasean Cheese, 0.5 tsp 6 0 0 1 0 Ico_delete
Market Basket - Turkey Meatballs italian style, 2.75 meatballs

grand total of 502 calories!  both "meals" were under 2oz... I measured!

67 grams protien, 10 grams carbs... my program calls for 50-60 grams protien at this point, but I'm aiming higher.

 I'm six weeks out and I only hit about 600 calories a day, so I think you're doing fine.

I am 10 weeks out and I average 550 calories and I stay under 30 carbs.  Sounds as if you are right on track!

Looks really good to me! You might ask your doctor, but mine recommended most protein from food rather than shakes.

Thanks!  My doctor likes us to try to get to no more than one shake a day... I am only on day 2 of food, so I'm working on it... I just don't quite see how I can do it when I'm only eating 2 oz portions, but I'm gonna try :-)

Looks pretty good........ maybe to much food......

Depending how you feel......go down in volume before up.

Eat to way before full.....

Just to give you and idea.....at one month out going to soft foods....I was eating a half of a scrambled egg till almost the second month.

Looks fine - I shoot for 600-800 calories per day with 100 grams protein and  limit carbs to 40 per day. Hope this helps..
