stomach issues at 3am !!!

I had my sleeve 4 months ago tomorrow !!! The last few weeks I have been having some stomach issues.  I have been having diarreha attacks in the middle of the night.  Im trying to figure out what food or foods may be causing it.  I'm starting to thinking it may be sugar.  Is it strange for a sleever to have something like dumping syndrome??? 

I haven't experience it myself but I have heard of dumping syndrome among sleevers. If it keeps up you might want to check with your doc.

 I dump on high fat foods so I do not eat them any more. I do not know about sugar. they say no we cant but i know when i eat sugar I get so tired I need to lay down and some times depends on how much sugar I ate i will be tired the next day to.

Also you may have developed lactose intolerance. I've always had it and late nite bathroom sessions are par for the course if I overdo the dairy. Lactose is in a lot of foods that you wouldn't even think about like bread and processed foods. I would talk to your nutritionist too.

are you taking meds at night ?
