I found Lavash at WalMart too - in the deli with the other specialty breads.

I've made that too!  awesome pizza substitute that is a big hit. Used jennio italian seasoned ground turkey, mushrooms and low fat mozzerella with tomato paste mixed with oregano for sauce.  Adding red peppers next time.  I ate it about a week or so after starting regular food.  I had a 3" X 3" slice.  It may have been the best thing I have ever tasted!

Awesome Frisco! What is Lavash bread? Is it very low carb?

You can also try "FlatOut" but I think it's a lot higher in carbs at around 18 gr. or so, depending.
