Liquids: at least 80 oz
Protein: around 70, goal to get to 100+
Exercise - 3-4 times a week, cardio and weights
Weight loss - 35 lbs.
I was told today at a follow up appointment that i'm not doing very well with my protein intake, but oh well. 70 is better than nothing, geeshhh.

Hi There,
I had surgery on June 10th.
My liquid intake is good-64 oz or more
Protien- Im getting 60g and my doctor told me if I can get my protien in with my food I dont have to drink portien shakes. I do just to make sure.
Exercise- I try to hit 4 gym classes a week. 2 cardio and 2 weight lifting. That seems to be working out
Weight loss- 41 pounds down :) I just hit onederland last week and I have been out of town so I havent weighed myself since thursday. Im excited to see what the scale says tomorrow.
I do think though that my hair has already started falling out more then usual or maybe Im just paying very close attention to it. I dont know :)
I love my sleeve!!

Hey there June babies,
I'm getting about 60 oz of water, 80 grams of protein, and keeping carbs below 60. But, I slip on the weekends at social events. But, I exercise 6-7 days a week: swim every other day and weight training and cardio the other days. I've only lost about 27 lbs since surgery (35 lbs since pre-op diet) but I've lost three pant sizes... down from 26 to a very comfortable 20 and a tight 18.

Well... lets see I had my surgery on June 23rd,
My liquid intake ranges from 100-120oz aday min. sometimes more.
Protein intake is low still, can't find me a good protein mix that i can stand.. around 50-60grams aday
Carbs - i really don't worry about them much but i stay below 40, eating carbs makes me sick so its easy to stay away from them anyway for me.
Calories - 500-800 aday depending on what i'm eating for the day or doing.
Exercise plans... eh i haven't done much of that with all the work I do.
With all the fluids I intake and don't vacate i flux about 5lbs in water weight at a given time. So i try to weigh myself in the mornings after i've done all my bussiness to get a more accurate weight.
I'm down 57-59 Lbs so far.
I do plan on getting into an Exercise Program very soon. Cardio and Weight Training again. The Cardio stuff I'll get into when we quit having 105-112 temps here in Louisiana. I can barely work on my car for 20mins without wanting to passout from the heat.
Anyway i think thats enough of my rambling on.....

Hello fellow Juners!
I had surgery June 21st and so far so good! I'm loving my sleeve, I get in about 70 grams of protein, 50 ounces of water (need to do better), 700 calories, less than 40 carbs. Tomorrow is my 7 week and I'm down 45lbs so far!! When I started I was in a 22-24, now I'm able to wear more clothes in my closet! Looking good and feeling even better! I try to get in about 10k steps a day, but its been closer to 8-9k. I start back with my ladies only bootcamp class in the beginning of next month, looking forward to being able to keep up!!!
Cheers!

Hello today is my 2 month surgeversary and I am close I have lost a little over 50 pounds and I feel great. I still drink my protein shake in the morning. My doctor has just taken me off the puree foods and I ama just starting to have regular looking food.
I am up to walking 2 miles five time a week and just started with resistance for my legs and arms exercise. While eating regular food in small porions today I had gotten full quick. I want to make sure not to overload myself and get sick.
I have also started the Zumba Dance on Wii and Michael Jackson Experience with my family and friends that makes it fun.
