Yay! The scale moved below 200 today. My goal was to be below 200 by my birthday which is 9-5 and I MADE IT!!! And in just 9 weeks! Can you tell I'm thrilled?

What a great feeling it is to reach your first goal. Newbies - set goals! It helps you realize just how far you've come.

Now to see how low can I go -- LOL jk goal weight is 150 which still seems a long weigh aweigh, pun intended, but attainable.

I think the loser's bench helps to suck the pounds off so I'm sitting my butt back down now!

welcome to onederland!!!!!! i'm a new arrival myself, so i can totally relate to the excitement!!!!! it feels great doesn't it?? right now i'm shooting for "180-something" land and am at 191, so hopefully in the next 2 wks i'll get there!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!
