Yay! It's working!
From my last post a couple of days ago regarding calorie count, I have determined compared to others I was eating too much snacky type foods and like one poster commented - she tries to make every calorie count. I am staying between 700-800 calories with exercise and by cutting back on the carby snacks I am down 2.5 pounds in the last couple of days. Yay! I have been losing slowly at about 2 pounds a week, which is fine I am not complaining, but every once in a while it is nice to see a bigger drop!
