NY Locals Meet-N-Greet Sunday 9/18!

Ok all you NY locals or anyone else within driving/train/bus distance!

Me and Leila (Zee Starrlite) have been discussing organizing one of these for a long time and it's finally coming to fruition!

You all are cordially invited to a Meet-N-Greet which will take place on Sunday 9/18 sometime in the afternoon (time to be decided when we all look at train schedules) at a diner in Westchester County, NY (exact location also TBD).

I've eaten in a bunch of these local diners and they serve food for all stages (clear liquids, full liquids, soft foods and normal foods) so eating shouldn't be an issue, and they're usually pretty affordable, so money shouldn't be too bad, and we'll make sure to pick one either close enough to a train station to walk or where the people who are driving could pick up the people who are taking Metro North up to Westchester. They all have large dining rooms to accommodate a big group, and are very informal, and will sure to be a blast!

So really, more specific details to follow... but SAVE THE DATE!

Sounds great Emily! and thanks for arranging something. I always thought it would be fun to meet my fellow NYCers, but life is so insane that the thought of arranging something was just too overwhelming. :)

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it. Seeing all the posts from the NJ/PA get together and all of the California nights out makes me jealous! And the metro NY area is so big, I was sure there were locals willing to get together to meet up and chat!
