Frisco-- a lot of the foods you post, however beautiful, gross me out because I'm sensitive to seeing meat up close and personal and choose not to eat it (aside from fish that is), but this looks beautiful AND delicious. I'll have to try lavash sometime and make a pizza as well (sans chicken, of course). Your photography is just wonderful-- nice job with this one and thank you for sharing!

Eh, no need to appologize, what are ya gonna do is right! :)

The shrimp one grossed me out, too... I'll eat 'em, but I try really hard not to look at 'em.

I've only had sea bass once in a restaurant and I really liked it, no idea how to prepare it and they don't carry it at my local grocery, so at this point I haven't bought it yet to cook.

Pesto is amazing. I have a baggie in the freezer filled with ice-cube-tray sized pesto servings that I had made before my surgery that I have to use soon or else throw away when I move in a month... I'm looking for ideas on how to use them. I was thinking to stir it into greek yogurt and use as a drizzle on fish or salad or something. Yum.

I used to eat a pound of pasta, one bowl at a time, with a serving of pesto on each bowl along with melted vegan cheese and other high-fat, high-carb, nothin' much good for you foods. Now that's obviously not an option... thank goodness.

LOL, thanks Mary, but I'm ok just seeing the ones that Frisco posts already... I don't need anything special or to put in requests.

I do enjoy seeing his photography-- such a beautiful presentation of something delicious and nutritious.

I'm creative in the kitchen too, though not nearly as good of a photographer :). Do you need some veggie or tofu ideas? I have a few that you might like to try! Let me know and I'll email them to you!
