Here's to being small enough to BORROW clothes!

 LOL it used to be that I was the biggest in my group of friends and family, so I could never call a friend and say "hey, can I borrow that cute dress?" but now I can and it opens up a whole new world for me! I can finally participate in their clothes swaps, and I look forward to going shopping with them to TRY STUFF ON, instead of being the friend in the chair who always goes to tell them how things look!

Damn, I love my sleeve (and my size *almost* 14 ass!).

 I can totally relate to this one. I didn't want to buy a new dress for an occasion and was able to borrow one from a friend - I have NEVER been able to borrow clothes. Of course I'm still only 5 feet tall and the friend I borrowed from is 5' 10" so what was a mini dress on her was a maxi on me but it's the size that counts!!!!

Yay!! I have been recently doing that my self. I can't really afford to go splurge on new church clothes, or any for that matter lol. ( I wanna loose some more)  So my sister in law is a size 14/16. I have totally been raiding her closet. I am now the proud borrower of several cute dresses and some capris!  Congrats on our size 14 tushes!

I was just in Virginia last weekend for my brother's wedding and it was much cooler than I had expected.  One night while I was there, we had a BBQ/party at my cousin's house and I had worn capri pants.  Her 20 year old daughter gave me a pair of her jeans to wear and THEY FIT!!!  I, like you had previously never been able to borrow clothes and now I can wear my 20 year old cousin's pants!!  Definitely a NSV 

I am also in a size 14 misses-stretch material. : ). I needed a sweater and last yr I bought my daughter (age 14) one from NY and Co. She never wore it. She gave it to me yesterday and it fits! Daughter wears a 12 petite and I told her I am coming for her closet soon!
