3 month Surgiversary!!!
Wow 3 months has just flown by! Here are my stats
Highest weight was 330lbs
Start of diet class weight was 300 lbs
Surgery weight was 279 lbs
From Surgery weight:
Month 1: down 22 lbs and 17.3 inches
Month 2: down 16 lbs and 12.8 inches
Month 3: down 10 lbs and 16.25 inches!!!
Rock on!!! So IN total since surgery I have lost 48lbs and 46.75 inches!! I have gone from a tight LB 24 to a solid LB 16. I dropped two sizes in Month # 3 - it was crazy - now I can see it was my month to lose inches!! Currently at 231 lbs - that is down 99 lbs from my highest weight -grr almost made the century club! Down 69 lbs since the beginning of the year.
So far no issues - still plugging along to get at least 30 -45 mins of workout in 3 times a week. Still haven't progressed to more times a week than that yet.
Food wise: the usual plan 6-800 cals, under 40 carbs, and 50 plus protein plus lots of fluids.
Protein drinks - I do 1/2 an Isopure a day for 20 grams of protein.
I eat out a lot but thanks to myfitnesspal I know what exactly I am getting myself into. Main focus in high protein/low carb - however there are a few days when I have gone over carbs. Eh it happens - definitely not beating myself up about it! Just wanted to share my success!
