I would like to know what you all use for figuring out all the protein and calories in your home made recipes and food.  I have several things that I like to eat, but I need to know the true protein and calories for my daily journal.

thanks in advance for your help

Sparkpeople also has a recipe feature.  Most of the food logging sites do.
