Brandylinn gave this recipe and I eat it almost everyday now, still not bored of it and I love it! Its called Buffalo Chicken salad and its loaded with protein, this is how I do it...

take all the breast meat off of a rottiserie chicken and cut it up really little
Cut up two stalks of celery (if your far enough out to have veggies) My NUT said as long as they were really small and didn't cause me issue it was ok
One 6oz container of Fage Greek 0 fat yogurt
two tlbs of Franks Red Hot Buffalo wing sauce
A dash of Blue Cheese or Ranch dressng (depending on my mood)

Mix together....now most of the time I just eat it cold a little under 1/2 cup and my sleeve is happy, but lately I've tried heating it with a little 2% cheddar shredded cheese on top and dipping celery stalks in it! Just like wing dip YUMMMMM

That gives me enough for all week, and the kids/husband usually eat the dark meat and wings for lunch on Sunday so it kills two birds with one stone!

Even if you don't typically like greek yogurt this totally masks the tast of it and this recipe is like 90 calories for a 1/2 cup!.

I love me some Italian green beans! I mean what is up with that!
My other super "go to" favorite cannot be with out is my hot and sour soup with just tofu, onions and egg. I just use the hot and sour soup packet from the store. Just gotta have it.
Avocado slice up..never have like guac.
Campbells Chunky sirloin soup.
Smoked oysters.
Broccoli
Pistachios, almonds, powerade Zero, turkey bites, and some pure protein bars always stay in my car.
I really stay away from sandwiches entirely..too freakin' hard to get any of that down...most any kind of bready thing.

Soup! Who woulda thought it but I love me all kinds of soups now.

Babybel light cheeses. So much fun unwrapping that waxy later to get into the goodies.

Laughing cow flavored cheese wedges- love mixing them in to tomato soup.

What flavors of crystal light do you like? I have tried a few and can't seem to get enough liquid in.

Starkist Tuna Creations - tuna in a bunch of flavors like sweet & spicy, smoked, lemon pepper, can't remember the rest. So good, I just mix the tuna with a tiny bit of greek yogurt or light mayo to moisten.

Wasabi flavored seaweed.  It's hot and salty and has a crunch.  I think it's 8 cals 3 carbs for half a packet.  really good and hits the spot when you're craving salty.
