meal ideas needed....pls

I seem to be struggling this week.  i need some help with some high protein meal ideas.  I dont really cook much, so Im hoping that I may find some new easy ideas...

Check out the world according to egg face's blog.  Also, type friso into the search bar and take a look at his wonderful creations.  I have copied and pasted everything I see him post into a word document as my own little go to for ideas.  Good luck.

I'm not much of a cook either, but meals are pretty easy as long as you keep it simple.

Shrimp - food of the gods!  Low calorie and high protein.  You can broil them, grill them, boil them.  Change flavors by using different sauces - ****tail, salsa, marinara....whatever floats your boat.

Any fish.  Salmon is particularly good with pesto sauce on top.  Fix it in a toaster oven - 20 minutes, 350 degrees.  Same with tilapia, although I prefer that with the tomato-based sauces.

Chicken - buy a rotisserie chicken from your grocery of choice.  Eat it off the bone or pull the meat off and make chicken salad or combine it with whatever.
