Cant stop the loss..... Vet advice please
Personally......
I'd be going straight to Rice, Pasta and Bread in that order.......Maybe open the doors back open to Doritos ans French Fries.....
Actually in maintenance.... I do eat all those foods....but limited to @80grams carbs a day....which means very little....but just enough so I don't really miss anything and can say I eat anything.....

My doctor told me to add in some higher fat meats. I do tend to eat a lot of chicken and turkey. I also switched to regular cheese. I do eat more peanut butter (I get the lower sugar one) and do eat a few nuts almost every day. I'm not terrified of fresh fruits and juice anymore LOL, but don't eat them as often as I'd like...hard to find decent looking fruit lately.
I think everyone has covered the food advice pretty much....
You didn't say if you were exercising or not...I cut out my cardio to slow my weight loss down and have been weight training only....this seemed to help slow it down a little...plus I have been eating some more fats and carbs...and I am eating beef more...
I am 5'4" and I also feel like I really don't want to drop below 136...even though I hated being fat..I don't want to lose my curves completely....and be super skinny....so I understand what you are saying....I think developing muscle tone is more important to me at this point and losing body fat, but not losing a whole bunch more pounds....
I'm not a vet and am still fairly early out....and maybe I will lose more than my goal of 140 and like others have said, maybe that's "what my body will want to re-set to".....but I was wondering myself, if I will be able to stop the weight loss when I want it to stop....since even indiscretion on eating doesn't stop it so far....

I totally agree! I am 5'4 and half... have to throw the half inch in there hahahaha
I dont want to look like a lil boy, I want to have some shape ya know? And I dont want to get so low I age my face.... I had intended to stop at 150 then 140... and now at 136 its like okay... when??? I have not really excerised much through this process, maybe Ill start strength training to build muscle?
