I'm losing my motivation...HELP
I have had alot of stress and lack of motivation over the last week. I need to know what you all do when this happens to you...I'm not able to get past some of these things and I need to start to kick my on butt...and get that scale to moving again.
When I get upset about personal stuff, I tend to just want to curl up and sleep..I have been sleeping alot and I'm still tired all day.
I will be having labs done next week, so I will at least see if any of that is off...
What keeps all of you going....????

Make yourself exercise at least once. When I exercise I feel purposeful, powerful and like I'm changing my life. I didn't realize how much of an impact regular exercise could make in my life until I became a consistent exerciser.
My sleeve is the tool that controls my eating, but exercise is truly what is changing my lifestyle.
Plus, if I put forth the effort to exercise, I'm highly unlikely to negate that effort by not eating right.
Also, exercise releases endorphins and provides a healthy release of stress.
Convinced yet?
As a bonus, combine exercise with something fun like taking your dog to the park and chasing him around -- that always cheers me up and makes me feel good about exercising.

Check your hydration- dehydration can make you feel like crap. Exercise- it releases feel good hormones. Look at before and after pics on the home page. It sounds like there is a lot of personal stuff going on. Maybe a liitle bit of therapy would help if the quick fixes don't. You've done great so far, you know you can do this. Hang in there- we have your back.
