All the ways my life has changed in the last 10 months.... in pics....
I was thinking this morning, while planning my lunch... wow... this is a whole new life... a whole new thought process. The items I have in my house are so differernt from the foods I would have even looked at in a grocery store before. There is not a single box of cookies... no ice cream... nada... It amazes me how much I have changed, how much my family has changed and how much happier I am...
And then I thought of all of the aspects of my life that have changed since last January 27th.... I can wear things I never could, I can run, I can handle a flight of stairs, I can wear hats and boots.. I mean... whose life is this??? Some skinny *****es... and I stole it and Im never giving it back!!!!!
SO here are my main staples...
New go to foods:
still cant drink plain water

I can pretend Im eating pizza. Yummy diced up with a lil pasta sauce and melted cheese!

So yummy in Ricotta and chicken bake... on as a garnish on anything!

Again chicken.. also with pasta sauce and ground beef

Baby sammiches... and cheese and ham roll ups

A gift from Jimbo less than 10 carbs per baby bun!

A lil flavor not much calories no carbs

No more expensive individually wrapped cheeses

Nuts are my new fav food

Peanutbutter and Chocolate nuts.. who knew.. Thanks again Jim

Super Yummm

Baby Sammich with mayo, ham, bacon pieces, and colbyjack cheese on a toasted baby bun

Only pic missing... GREEN BELL PEPPERS.. New main staple...
Other things that have changed:
I can dress up for Halloween... and not feel self-consious (1st time ever!)

Boots Fit.. no matter what! I can even order online without measuring myself to see if they will fit. I wear them constantly as a means of celebration.. The hubby thinks Ive lost my mind. I have!
I fit on rides
I eat half... and Im happy
I wear bikinis
I dress up, go out and have fun with awesome friends!
I can wear hats... as my head no longer looks like a cantalope

Jenn,
I have to tell you, even since I started coming on this site before I had my surgery, your posts were always the ones that gave me inspiration, made me laugh, and kept me on course to go through with this surgery. I saw how wonderful your life was becoming and knew that is what I wanted for myself. You were beautiful before but now your are just amazingly gorgeous and I want to say thank you for being such a great inspiration to me. Now me, 123lbs lighters as of today is getting closer to be as much of a hot mama as you are and I thank you for all your help along that way that you gave me and didn't even know. Keep the post coming. I love seeing everyone out and enjoying their new lives! Thanks for the great post!
