What are your favorite brand of jeans now???
I'm too cheap so far to buy nice jeans. I did buy a couple of pairs of Land's End because they were only 15 bucks but normally it's Walmart.
I have really big legs, so I'll never wear skinny jeans because my calves will always be too big relative to the rest of my body. I've found the Signature and Faded Glory bootcuts fit me really well right now and are dirt cheap.
My daughter, who has also been losing weight, has started wearing Old Navy skinny jeans. Their prices are pretty affordable too.
When my size stabilizes, I'll probably invest in some really durable jeans like LL Bean or Land's End relaxed fit - they're flattering because they minimize my calves. Then I'll wear my shirts more form fitting to draw attention up!

Old Navy Sweetheart skinny jeans in classic rise....I love them, because they are super comfy and stretchy and don't give me muffin top like all the low rise styles...I got them in blue jeans and in grey color...only problem is I have to use a belt or the longer you wear them, they stretch too much and hang down too low.
I second that. I've been wearing nothing but men's jeans for so many years, I forgot the pleasure of a pair of women's jeans. I recently bought a pair of Lee Riders stretch jeans at Walmart & love the fit & comfort! (I'm also a 16, but I wear a tall, which they also have.) I love that they stretch to fit so they're not baggy at the thighs like the men's jeans are. I can tuck them into my boots and love the look!

I agree! For those "transition" sizes (since I'm not at goal yet) Riders are awesome! They're affordable, comfortable and flattering. They're not the same Riders that were around 10 years ago. They're trendy cut-wise and are just all-around great. I bought a pair a couple weeks ago and they've become some of my favorite jeans! However, when I'm at goal I think I will splurge on some jeans from The Buckle, even if they are $70 a pair!

I'm a 16 too and short. I'm losing weight and my legs are getting shorter. I have a pair of boyfriend jeans from the Gap that I could marry I love them so much. I actually got them at the Salvation Army when I was wearing a 22 and was just buying smaller clothes in hopes that one day they would fit!
