I went from 264 to 247 pre-op and from surgery date of July 13th I have lost 59 more lbs and I am now 188 - a total of 76 lbs altogether I am so happy but I really only see the difference when I see pictures :)

You look great, congrats! It is very noticeable. It's hard for us to notice the difference sometimes. I think we get that vision of our pre-surgery body in our heads and it takes a while for the brain to register that we don't look like that anymore. Pics do help us realize how far we've come! We were looking at some old pics the other day and hubby said he had forgotten how big I was a few years ago.

yea it's weird I am waiting for my brain to catch up to what I see in pictures lol when I look in the mirror I see a difference in my face but it doesn't register that I am not still 264 lbs lol :) I haven't looked at old pictures but I will have to one day I use to hate pictures
