Ok, so it's 185.8... and my loss isn't any specific # like 100 of 75, it's 69.2 (I think, I have to wait until this posts so I can check my ticker!). But I've had the body weight number of 185 in my head for a long time as a number that I'd absolutely LOVE to see. I can remember weighing 185 in high school after doing weigh****chers for many months and feeling so great. I think my lowest weight was somewhere around 168 when I graduated and went to college before gaining it all back plus more during the beginning of my career in higher education.

Anyhow, I stepped on the scale this morning and just couldn't believe it... and wanted to share with you all.

I really believe that it's thanks to you guys on these boards here who have been so supportive (even though after more than 6 months I still mostly lurk) and have provided such great information and tips that I've been able to stick with it and thrive. I am determined to get to a healthier point in my life and am well on my way there.

Wahoo!

Good for you!  185 is my "magic" number, too.  For me, it's a number where I feel and look good and no longer consider myself "fat."

69.2 is an awesome number, too!  Keep up the hard work!

Yeah, I don't know what it is about 185 but I'm so happy to be here (and will be even more happy to pass right on by when I see the scale continue to go down!).

Thanks, Sunshine!
