I want to make cheese crisps, too. But I can't figure out what sort of paper to bake them on, or where to buy it?

*Note.....I've never made crisps in the oven....I do wanna try sometime.

Parchment paper used for baking......
The Reynolds Website not to use over 420 degrees

There is also a very cool product called a Silmat (spelling) basically a Silicon mat used for baking.

Silpat is a brand name silicon mat.  I loves mine, bubs!

And note to folks PARCHMENT..not WAX!  :}  I had someone fuss me because her crisps were nasty, but she did not realize those were not the same.

Parchment paper. Never heard of it. (I don't bake.) Can you buy it at the supermarket? Or do I need to go to some sort of specialty store? Thanks.
